Surrounded by 24 islands, including the famous Scorpio of Aristotle Onassis, Lefkada is connected to the opposite stello-Greek coasts via a 50-meter-long floating bridge, making it easily accessible to its guests. It has important sights, churches and monasteries, picturesque settlements, dense vegetation, impressive bays with transparent turquoise waters, organized and deserted beaches of stunning beauty, high cultural tradition and hospitable residents.

PARGA: The “cosmopolitan” princess of Epirus

Surrounded by a green landscape, with its narrow paved alleys, the traditional “kadounia”, its blooming neighborhoods, the stunning beaches and the view to the island of Panagia, Parga is one of the most popular destinations in our country, especially during the summer months.

It is a traditional settlement – obviously influenced by the Ionian architecture – built amphitheatrically on the outskirts of the Venetian castle, in the northwestern part of the prefecture of Preveza and on the Ionian coast, between the seaside area of Igoumenitsa and Preveza. Just opposite Parga, there is the picturesque green island of Panagia in which there is a church as well as medieval and Venetian buildings. Parga and its “strategic” location are ideal for many excursions to beautiful places and attractions. From Parga, the visitor can go by boat to the fantastic “twin” of Paxos – Antipaxos or to visit the beautiful Sivota with the exotic beaches.

MYTILENE: “A plane tree leaf in middle of Aegean Sea”, Odysseas Elytis

It is located in the northeastern Aegean. Between the East and the West. At the edge of the Mediterranean. A mosaic of emotions and representations. The visitor enjoys the rare natural beauty, the architectural masterpieces, the Petrified Forest and the medieval castles, the vast olive groves and the sweet climate of the Mediterranean. Here, you will find traditional settlements and historical industrial buildings, kilometers of beaches, but also two huge closed bays, the best ouzo of Greece, as well as fine mezedes. These are just a few of his assets as our Nobel laureate named Odysseas Elytis.

SIATISTA: A painting in the middle of Western Macedonia

25 km west of Kozani, the Archontissa Siatista is amphitheatrically built on a slope of Mount Velia at an altitude of 940 m. Spread over two districts, Gerania and Chora. Siatista is a traditional settlement whose development began around the 15th century and reached its peak in the 18th and 19th centuries with trade, fur and viticulture. A trademark of its 300 gorgeous mansions with unique Macedonian architecture, while the wine-lovers will be delighted with its famous wines, its traditional cellars and the famous “sunny car”. Also, great taverns offer well-prepared local organic meats, pies, rarely cooked food and sometimes wild mushrooms.

Its strategic location allows visitors to organize interesting excursions to Grevena, Kastoria, Prespes, Nymfaio and Mount Buroinos (included in the protected areas of the European Natura 2000 program).
